You know those sessions that just feel like the holidays? Cozy, joyful, a little sparkly, a little magical? Ceara & David’s engagement session around Boston’s Seaport had all of that and more.

We started off at the Holiday Market at Snowport, and wow — what a scene. Twinkle lights everywhere, cozy park setups, and that unmistakable December buzz in the air. Ceara & David wandered through the stalls hand-in-hand, stopping for hot drinks, laughing as they explored, and leaning into the festive energy like total pros. It felt like walking through a Hallmark movie — but cooler and way more real.

From there, we tucked into Porter Square Books, and I have to give them a shoutout — they were so kind and welcoming. There’s something about being surrounded by books that instantly slows everything down, and Ceara & David just melted into that vibe. They cozied up in a corner by the café, browsed shelves like it was a quiet Saturday morning, and I got to capture those in-between, unposed moments that feel like pure gold. Just two people, fully themselves, tucked into a quiet moment in the middle of the city.

We wrapped the session at Fan Pier Park, one of my favorite waterfront spots in Boston. The views were unreal — the Boston Harbor Hotel glowing in the background, the city skyline sparkling as the sun dipped low. There was a soft breeze coming off the water, and the whole scene just clicked. These two embraced as the lights came on around them, and it felt like the perfect full-circle moment to a day that already felt like a mini celebration.
